Oh Observant One (LOL)

Got to share this one... my sister has got my number. I needed a good laugh today.


My sister sent me this email at work today:

I was happy to see you going to work this morning, hope that means you are getting paid!

I was taking my morning walk on Ryan's Run when you flew by me in a flash of red. Although I was waving vigorously, your eyes remained fixed on the road and car ahead of you while smoking that cigarette. Wasn't it a little early for smoking my dear?

Maybe you'll delight me with a smile on another day....


Here was my reply:

Yes, when I'm driving I've got a one track line of sight. People complain to me all the time that they passed me and I didn't wave. Going that fast I've got to keep my eyes out for people or animals on the road and idiots that pull out in front of me or not signaling before a turn... got to have that cigarette to concentrate I guess. Kinda like playing pool... I play so much better with a cigarette hanging out of my mouth.
